vibrating hair brush with batteries (mute woman)

I got this hair brush to use on my scalp because I thought it would feel good. Well, it did feel good! So… I tried it on my neck… and then my shoulder and then…well…there you have it. I put it all the way …all the way down there…and it felt better there than anywhere else!
